Conditions of Bond

1. If you had to leave some information off of your paperwork, you must provide the missing information within 24 hours from the time your bond was posted.

2. You must inform AAA Bail Bonds II of any change in address, phone number or employment as long as your case is active. You also need to make sure that the court is always provided with a current address.

3. If required to check in, do so on a weekly basis until you have provided proof to us that your case is complete.

4. If you need to leave the county you reside in for an extended period of time, notify the bonding company.

5. When you have completed any case, obtain paperwork to prove completion and present this to the bonding company as soon as possible. We CANNOT release you or your guarantor from the bond until we have proof that your case is complete.



If you are found in violation of these conditions, a warrant could be issued for your arrest!
