COURT DATE SEARCH



At this time, municipal courts do not offer online case access that contains court date info. You will usually receive your court date in the mail. If you have not received it within a couple weeks after posting bond, please call the appropriate municipal court.


JURY TRIALS-If you are set for a jury trial, you must attend a jury docket call the previous week. This date does not appear on the websites. Contact your attorney for the exact date.
MISSING A COURT DATE-IF YOU MISS YOUR COURT DATE, A WARRANT WILL BE ISSUED FOR YOUR ARREST AND YOU & YOUR SIGNER WILL BE HELD LIABLE FOR YOUR BOND, PLUS ADDITIONAL COURT COSTS. THERE ARE  FEW REASONS AN INDIVIDUAL WOULD BE EXCUSED FROM MISSING COURT. SOME OF THOSE REASONS INCLUDE... BEING TREATED FOR A SERIOUS MEDICAL EMERGENCY AT THE TIME OF YOUR COURT DATE, OR BEING CONFINED IN JAIL. PROOF OF THOSE SITUATIONS MUST BE PROVIDED. NOT BEING ABLE TO GET OFF WORK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A REASON FOR MISSING YOUR COURT DATE.
